Passengers will arrive at either gate A4 or A5 and will be directed to FIS/US Customs, part of the Arrivals Level. Free WiFi, magazines and newspapers, snacks and drinks, and private restrooms make the passengers more relaxed and comfortable. Delta Sky Club is located at the entrance of Concourse A, past the security checkpoint area. There is only one airline lounge available at the IND Airport. All security checkpoints provide access to the concourses and airplane gates. Only passengers possessing tickets are allowed to proceed beyond any of the security checkpoints. The security checkpoints at the IND airport are monitored by the Federal TSA - Transportation Security Administration. Some notable shops and restaurants include Chick-Fil-A, Nature’s Table, and Trip Advisor in the Civic Plaza Fountain Square Market, Starbucks, and Hudson in Concourse A and Champps, The Fan Zone, and CNBC in Concourse B. Water bottle filling stations can be found at Gate B13. Near Gate B12 there is a Children’s Play Area open to all families. There is an ATM between the Just Pop In! And TUMI stores near Gate B6. Concourse BĬoncourse B (on West side) houses gates B3-25 and is served by Alaska Air, Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Frontier Airlines, and Southwest Airlines. To connect between Concourses A & B, use the concourse-connecting hallway. After passing the security check, passengers can proceed to either Concourses A or B (both have moving walkways). These come with designated lanes for frequent flyers, casual travelers, families with small children, and those with special needs. The Departures Level houses ticketing counters with access in the center to the Civic Plaza and separate spacious security checkpoints for Concourses A and B on either side offering the most advanced screening technologies. The Pedestrian Bridge Level leads to ground transportation and parking garage. You can also find a Mother’s Nursing Room near the American Airlines baggage service office. There is a Travelex currency exchange facility next to the Farmer’s Fridge kiosk, a Hair Departure barbershop near the United Airline baggage service office, and two Visitor Information Centers in the midst of this level. The Arrivals Level houses the baggage claim and FIS/US Customs for International Arrivals, with baggage claim and airline baggage offices. The Main Terminal consists of three levels: Passengers with tickets can easily move between the concourses without the need for re-screening, and moving walkways connect the passenger terminal to the attached parking garage. The main terminal features a soaring architecture and abundant natural light. Indianapolis Airport has one main terminal referred to as 'Midfield Terminal' with Concourses A and B and three levels.
